First we reserved a room with kitchen, which they didn't have so we took a regular room, so they didn't charge us for parking to make up the difference! Room was nice & clean! Once lady at the front desk was rude, the other lady was very nice that actually helped us! In the room the bathroom door was hard to lock!!!!! You need somewhere to hang towels up!!! We were there in June 2025! Won't stay here again!!!!

Price was fair excepting the $20 parking which most definitely should have been included in the rate or not tacked on at all. That's no different than the resort fee fiasco that thankfully these guys didn't charge. Evening check in staff we're unpleasant but the morning crew seemed much more pleasant. Beds are crazy soft, but not in a good way. Everything seemed clean though.

We stayed there with our kids, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor. We requested to change rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked. They mentioned they would check for availability the following day, but no one ever followed up with us. Our children had a difficult time during the stay. Additionally, the bathroom door was not functional, and the kitchen was located directly in front of the bathroom, which was quite inappropriate and unhygienic.

This was an OK Hotel in a convenient area. It was an older property, but well maintained. There was no dining within walking distance - so a rental car is necessary. I wouldn't stay in Hotel Circle again.

The hotel is great usually except for the back building. It’s not updated or safe. It was old and didn’t feel clean. In any of the other buildings of that hotel we’ve stayed in has been great. Just not this time.

I was pretty disappointed when we finally got to the hotel after driving for hours to get there.The street the hotel is on was littered with trash and homeless people. The rooms are rundown and smelled horrible. The pool- which is located at the very end of the property and isolated- looked NOTHING like the picture. All the chair cushions were filthy and looked like they havent been cleaned in years. There was so much clorine in the pool that you couldnt even see the bottom of the pool. We were on the 2nd floor and had to take the elevator. The maid service closet is right next to the elevator and they constantly had the elevator blocked with their carts and could of cared less. The only good thing was the small restaurant at the end of the parking lot- which was great and they got a great review. I would NEVER EVER stay here again.

Beds are fantastic and very comfortable. We were on 3rd floor so quiet just occasional noise from other guests. Wifi was ok but very slow . No batteries in safe . Public transport excellent and Fashion Drive Mall very close . Parking fees . Comfort was excellent. That alone entices you to stay again

Up on entry, the room had a strange smell as if it hasn't been aerated for a long time. The bath room door doesn't lock, indicating the room isn't kept in good condition for the guests.
