Overall nice for a getaway. Few inconviences ( have to check in at sea haven, no office at reef. Parking can be difficult during peak hours.) ground floor room with walkway to the beach directly in front of room. Bed slept like a dream.

PCB Fall Bike Rally

Location is great with Sharky's Grill in same parking area. The Reef motel is older, but price is fitting. I did take two out of three cold morning showers because hot water was out. No staff in on site office so you have to go to Seahaven office if questions

The best part was being able to just walk out on to the beach. Just wish the parking was better. Shared parking with the restaurant next door was impossible to find parking. Out handicap daughter couldn’t make the walk to the parking lot that was across the road more handicap spots would be nice too

The first thing I had to do when I walked in the room is get poop off the wall when we went to lay down on the first night there was sand in the bed tell me how if the sheets were changed?? We needed towels went down and there were no towels we had no hot water the smell of sewer made us all sick we could only do 2 nights there so the 3rd night we didn’t even stay it smelled soooo bad the workers can’t understand what your saying I went to lock the top lock and it literally just fell off they got maintenance to come in put A new lock and they were supposed to fix the hot water which was never fixed! I’m so very disappointed these pictures they have posted are nothing like the property if you walk on the floor with no shoes your feet are immediately black! I’m very very disappointed plzzzzz READ THE REVIEWS AND LISTEN BECAUSE I DIDNT AND I LOST MONEY AND HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ROOM BECAUSE THE SMELL WAS SO STRONG IT HAD ME AND 2 OF MY KIDS THROWING UP!!!

The room had ants and on our last day we noticed a roach. The smell of marijuana was crazy and shower curtain rod kept falling. Crazy and lid people running around ALL times of night or day.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. Price was not bad either but….. the beds are trash!!! As in, you lay down and there’s no support. The mattress will literally buckle with your body weight. Also room was older and needed better cleaning. The blinds has mildew on them and the ac had mildew also. Also no one works before 7am or after 11pm and no one works on Sunday at all, so if you need clean towels you have to go to the sister hotel down the road to do so. Speaking of towels, you have to take your old towels down to exchange them for new ones in the office. The housekeepers are not very nice either.
