A lot of items in the breakfast area were broken, not working or out. Hotel maid service never came to our room and we were there for 4 nights. Changed my own sheets and took out the trash. Snacks in the lobby were gosh awful expensive!

For the price, these rooms need updated!! who puts carpet down and it was old as the hotel probably. Nasty. Then after the price you pay for staying there you also have to pay to park there. 5 days, 120.00! That’s ridiculous! Elevators super slow. I also requested 5th floor a month in advance, got there and they had me on the 12th floor after I rec’d confirmation of the 5th floor. Then I had to wait almost another hour for a room. So, my first impression didn’t go so well. The only good thing, the attendants/cleaners were super nice!!

Parking was crazy expensive, I have some charges that I don’t really know what they came from from the hotel, and the pool is like not for adults in any way it doesn’t get over 4 feet anywhere. I recommend this for families but not couples. However- the staff were nice and easy to work with, the beach area was beautiful

I loved this property. Even the guests were friendly. Nekelia at the front desk took extra time to help me print something I needed printing. Thank you Nekelia. The only thing that could’ve been better was that the elevators were slow. Guests should not have to pay extra for parking.

No directions but you park in the garage, go to 4th floor to check in, down to 3rd level to get luggage cart, then to whatever level your parked and then finally to your room. Parking is $20/day
