King bed was broken. Outdated TVs, dresser was worn down, floors were coming up, excessive noise from other rooms, no laundry room, broken lamps, Furniture in room was very outdated, curtain rod kept falling down because it was rusted toilet kept getting clogged, not enough parking

We got one room and it was disgusting the beds, the couch were covered in stains, ceiling was caving in, got switched to another room by the nicest staff ever. had to get them to change the sheets on the king bed cause again it was stained. Light in bathroom didn’t work which wasn’t a super big deal, just went to Walmart and bought some cleaning supplies to make myself feel better. Always had on socks or shoes cause feet would turn black if not. I never slept under the comforter I slept with blankets I brought myself then used my own towels except one night we got towels from staff and they gave us a little bit of hard time thinking we already had towels. Would I stay here again?? yes and no. Yes because the staff for the most part was super nice, quick to fix my issues, balcony with ocean views, clean pool, steps away from the beach, right on the strip, walking distance from restaurants, gulf world, etc. No because stained towels, sheets, fridge didn’t work half the time, ac never got colder than 68, bathroom light didn’t work, nothing was really cleaned until I cleaned it myself, it’s not terrible and you get what you pay for but next time i believe I’ll book somewhere else. Would stay here if I had to again.

The view of the water was the best part of the property. The accommodations are out dated. There were extra charges for spring breakers which didn’t apply to my family but we charged for my two daughters because they were under 25. We will not stay at this location in the future.

The property is not at all as it seems online, no hot water. Clogged up toilets, tv didnt work. Spend the extra money and choose another hotel! Not to mention no ice buckets and 6$ for a bag of ice thats just going to melt!

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in !!! The area is really rough and noisy, room was dirty and falling apart the towels were stained and disgusting! I was up all night with noises from the other room… I would not stay here again. When I arrived I tried to cancel my reservation and they said since it was past check in I could not cancel my reservation even after I paid extra for the insurance! I’m not a pleased customer after this experience!

It is cheap and directly at the beach. It was our first time in PCB and the only thing I wish I did was book us a slightly more expensive hotel just for the cleanliness and better parking. Although, I knew what I was doing booking this one, I just wish I had put more thought into it, as I thought we wouldn’t be at the hotel often albeit, I was wrong and we were there a good amount of time. Lesson learned, will try a new place in PCB next time. If you are on a budget and not picky this is a good place to go to.

The sheets were not cleaned. They had some kinda sketchy looking sauce all over them. The pull out couch had no sheet or cover on it. No extra in room. We booked for family of 6 and there was 2 towels and 2 rags. No extra pillows or blankets. The place was not at all what was in the pictures. It was super gross and ghetto. Will never stay there again. Pet friendly was the only thing they had going for them! Very old and not at all kept up with… just a disappointing stay. Also front desk literally took forever to check in. Even the front desk was gross!

Fire alarm going off for 3 hours

Smelled like mold from the get go. Overpriced. Front desk takes forever to check you in. Fire alarm went off past midnight until 3 in the morning with no staff in site. Horrible experience will not stay here again

The images provided on the website are not the same hotel. You definitely get what you pay for. Walls are thin you can hear everything in the next room. Pillows were moldy, room was hardly cleaned before our arrival.
