We had an amazing stay at this beach hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the beach with beautiful ocean views right from our room. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Our kid loved the pool and the beach access, and we appreciated the little touches like beach towels, complimentary breakfast, and nearby dining options that made everything easy. There were plenty of activities nearby, but honestly, we could have stayed on the property the whole time and been happy. It felt safe, relaxed, and family-friendly the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free, memorable beach vacation with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was great. It was conveniently close to Pier Park but not too close, allowing us to drive there easily. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had easy parking, making it a highly recommended choice.

PCB Family vacation 2025

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. It was absolutely amazing. There were 7 of us. Five adults and 2 children. We had a suite. There was plenty of room. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. Front desk people were helpful. The breakfast buffet is a huge plus. The food and drinks at the Indigo bar and grill on the property did not disappoint. We enjoyed the dancers and the outdoor movies. The lazy river is a big plus. We all felt safe there. This is the second time we stayed here. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed a couple of nights here with my mom, sister, and her son (5 years old). It was a wonderful experience! The view from our 7th floor suite was amazing! The Lazy River pool was a huge hit for my nephew. The property was clean, centrally located, plenty of parking, great big breakfast served every morning, and the two pillow top mattresses were incredibly comfortable! We also had a bunk bed, full refrigerator, absolutely gorgeous view of the Gulf! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint (and we had to have the only room with this issue), but the bathroom door was too big for the opening making it impossible to close all the way. Even, with this minor inconvenience- The view and the comfortable beds can not be beat in PCB!

The room is clean, fully equipped, especially the sea view is very beautiful, the room is directly facing the sea. The children's swimming pool is great, my child really likes it. However, the breakfast should be improved or changed. I stayed for 2 days, the food was just like that.

We just visited this hotel and we had an amazing time . Rooms are very specious and clean. Ocean view is just breathtaking!Breakfast was pretty good, had variety options to choose from . Staff were very friendly all the time ! Manager was really great , made sure we had enough coffee to get us through the day and night 😆 (I forget his name )Overall great experience. We will be back for sure .

Rooms were large and clean for the most part, shower needs a good scrubbing. Bathroom was nice and large, could use extra places to hang wet swim suits towels and clothes. Bunk area for kids was great! Good amount of counter space in smash kitchen area, large fridge. Breakfast was good, if you're staying for extended period same thing gets old but it is good. Staff not exceptionally nice, most pleasant staff were house keepers. No issues with any staff though. Parking easy/safe---BUT should not be an additional $20 per day, that's ridiculous!!! All of the fees on top of room charge is out of control. It was fine but we will try a new hotel our next visit. Appreciated free water, coffee, and tea in the lobby and water/tea poolside along with towels to use at pool area. Nice entertainment nightly. Food was good at the bar but pricey.
