Our bed mattress probably needs replacing.Pillows are small and too soft. The Food order.. Food was hot and Burgers were exceptional, quality of service was great. Cudo’s to the Chef. Staff were all very friendly including the cleaning staff.

Hotel Stay

We selected the Hampton Inn & Suites because of the reviews we saw online. Overall, the hotel was good except for the following: (1) the linens on the beds were subpar and we even had pillows that did not have a pillow cover; (2) Housekeeping did not come one time to freshen up the room or provide us with additional towels or refill the dispensers in the shower with shampoo and conditioner; (3) we had to take out our own trash from the room by leaving it at the room door in the hallway; (4) on the day we left it was extremely hot and while loading the car up my husband asked for a bottle of water and was told water was only for guests upon arrival, it was only a bottle of water! With the money I spent on a 4-day stay and purchases at the bar you would think a 10 cent bottle of water would have been provided. Anyway, my total review for this hotel would be a 3.5. Will I stay here again, I seriously doubt it.

Close to pier park, great spot if traveling with pets they have a large grassy area for them. Being right on the beach was so easy. Breakfast was good, could improve on the cleanliness of the rooms but overall it was great, would stay again.

It is a beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach. I had a pleasant conversation with a lady that worked the breakfast shift 7/25 and 7/26. She was very helpful both mornings. I wish I had her name. Another woman from Jamaica her name might have been Julia? She was picking up towels by the pool 7/25 in the afternoon. There was a grouchy lady cleaning the bathroom near the pool- don’t know her name. The woman at check out was pleasant also- she was there at 4:00pm 7/25 and 10:30am on 7/26. She was very busy but still pleasant.

Nice view from the room. Room layout was nice with view of water from the bed. Biggest complaint is the bathroom door. The sliding barn door style is terrible.

When we arrived there was no conditioner in our bathroom and only one towel. We found a football on the floor. I called the lobby for towels and toilet paper and only received towels. Our room was not cleaned any time during our stay. The other room we had wasnt very clean as well with pretty much the same issue except the football. The only thing we liked was the view and how close it was to the beach.

Beautiful and clean ocean front hotel!

Great hotel with a beautiful view! Clean. Breakfast was good. Beach access was great! Pool and hot tub was great! Walking distance to lots of cool places. Would for sure stay here again!
