Perfect hotel.

Perfect beach stay. Ash for a view with a balcony, you won’t be disappointed. I just wish you had a sit down restaurant as there wasn’t much to eat around just bars and too many college kids. TBF they have an Italian bistro you order at the bar type of thing and I do not care for that. If I’m paying I want to eat at a table. We just ate by the Pier. The bar is good but get Prosecco guys!!

It was a terrible check in process! My room wasnt ready at 4 for check in. Finally got my keys at 5pm. Keys didnt work! Didnt end up getting into my room until 515, which in turn delayed all the plans we had for the evening.

I loved the convenience to the beach and the Amenities. I want management to hear this though. If you’re going to charge 18$ a shot of Don Julio tequila you’re not doing your bartender any service. They work for tips!! Also you ran out of bourbon when I got there and had bottom shelf. Your breakfast was really sub par in variety. And quality unless you want to eat a waffle everyday. Calvin the GM seemed snooty and was more worried about if the flowers were on the table. I think that the upholstery on the bar seats and the outside furniture needs upgraded. I see I’m focusing on the bar but in a high quality hotel this is frequented the most. The staff was impeccable!! Mak, Shayla and Jermaine and Cynthia among others were the best staff!!! Management can do better if you’re going to delegate everything. The Cinderella carriage is a nice touch!

Stay was good the bad 21.96 per night yes per night to park which is ridiculous. Had they not been pet friendly no way would I have paid that . The other option was $5 per hour another crazy amount considering we stayed 4 nights
