Comfort Inn = Comfortable and friendly.

It was great they allowed us to book in early as it was raining and so miserable out. As Quality inn was so not quality so Comfort inn lives up to its name. However, the management need to know to have blackout curtains. There were only net curtains and then two side borders so nothing to stop four big lights shining into our room all night! It seriously was like daylight! :( Otherwise great.

You have one staff member theat goes above and beyond. He is the reason I stay at This Comfort Inn. I wish they had name tags. I think his name is Colin, are something like that. I know he had lung transplants several years back and that he only works at this location two nights a week at the beginning of the week I think Monday and Wednesday. He is such a wonderful employee, always caring about the person staying at Comfort Inn. A real asset to this company. Would make a great Manager. Property should offer an earlier breakfast, would attact more of the many hard laborers. They need to be at work not rushing their breakfast and just arriving at work at 7:00 am.

Staff were nice, rates were decent for the area, and breakfast was a good plus. However, the quality of the rooms is about the same as a motel. Rooms feel dirty especially on the first floor where we had a rat crawl out from under the bed and the door had a wide space under it. The bathroom tub had dirty stains and the metal handrails in the shower were falling apart with rust and dirt accumulation. Additionally, the rooms felt hot and the air conditioning system would not cool despite putting the setting down. Overall disappointed with the quality of this hotel and will not book at another comfort inn again.
