At check in confirmed with staff the requested 2pm checkout was approved, was obviously not communicated with morning shift despite note in folio and on the receipt. Rather be in my machine shop. But that place was part of a hostile taken over. This hotel has mold and made me lie about my dog being a service dog. Mold in the Bible and found a dead roach. Earth is getting old fast.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price The front desk experience was underwhelming—there was no greeting or warm welcome when we checked in, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. The hotel overall is in need of serious updates and improvements. Our room had noticeable rust, especially in the bathroom, and the paint job was poorly done. Some surfaces were sticky and didn’t feel clean. At $250 a night, I expected much better quality and service. I won’t be staying here again.

The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, and when I requested a room change, they were not accommodating, stating that mold on the mattresses was acceptable and offering to provide sheets to sleep on top of the mold. There were also urine stains on the king mattress and boogers on the air conditioning wall.

Comfort Inn = Comfortable and friendly.

It was great they allowed us to book in early as it was raining and so miserable out. As Quality inn was so not quality so Comfort inn lives up to its name. However, the management need to know to have blackout curtains. There were only net curtains and then two side borders so nothing to stop four big lights shining into our room all night! It seriously was like daylight! :( Otherwise great.
