We stayed there for 1 night before we could check into our condo, we didn’t have any problems checking in we actually got checked in early but it was HORRIBLE all we could smell was 🍃🍃🍃, the pool wasn’t open, when someone sat on the toilet the whole wall would flex like the toilet was about to rip off the wall, the mattress on the bottom bunk bed was 2” thin it really was just not a great place to stay at all for a family

As a mom, I always try to pick hotels that are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for my family. This place was NONE of those things. First, the check-in process was an absolute disaster. We waited TWO HOURS in line with tired, hungry kids, just to get our room keys. No apologies, no urgency-just a complete lack of organization. Try keeping little ones entertained in a crowded lobby for that long. It was miserable. Then we finally got to our room... and I wish we hadn't. It was filthy. Stains on the carpet, dust everywhere, and the bathroom? I wouldn't let my kids touch anything in there. The sheets looked questionable, and honestly, I didn't feel comfortable letting my family sleep in that room. This hotel is NOT family-friendly. It's poorly managed, dirty, and completely unwelcoming. If you're traveling with kids, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I wouldn't wish this experience on any parent!

Not like the pictures. Rooms have rusty, old appliances. We left a night early bc the whole room felt gross. The smell of weed was super strong in our room, to the point it was making us nauseous. The check in people were not friendly and when i told her we were checking out early and gave her our room keys and explained how i felt, she was just like ok. So we dipped. Oh and ocean view for us was just a window that didnt even open. Do not waste your money. You could pay the say price or even a little more for something alot cleaner and more updated.

I attempted to check-in at 8:45 PM—well after the 4 PM check-in time—only to be told my room wasn’t ready because it hadn’t been cleaned yet, and wouldn’t be for at least another hour. I had already waited over 40 minutes in a packed, disorganized lobby line with no communication or updates. No notice was given before arrival that my room might be delayed. Once I got to the front desk, staff was polite and helpful despite the chaos. Thankfully, Expedia refunded me, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

My hotel reservation at another hotel got canceled. I was out of town having to find some where to stay. I called them they were great. I booked my stay showed up. They were welcoming and friendly. They took care of us. This will definitely be my future hotel home when I’m in this area. They are dog friendly and people friendly. lol. Loved my stay. Great access to the beach. It’s an older hotel but clean. Totally loved it!

Positives- close to the beach(short boardwalk), 2 restaurant's on site(decent food), rooms clean. Negatives- most rooms dont have private balcony, tv is smaller than most kids room tvs, no comp breakfast and whats offered onsite is expensive, no ice machine, small compact refers, pools are small when children are present, bathtub didnt drain properly and shower head was inadequate.

This was a hotel in which you did not really have to leave the property..had restaurants, bar and grill, food court type area, arcade for the kids, pools and extremely close tot he beach…one of the nicest places I have ever stayed
