Dilapidated! TV and clock, both not working! The front desk said she didn’t know how to work the tv. Black mold in ceiling of bathroom, damaged or missing caulking, no skid strips or mats in tub (slippery, dangerous), No overhead lights, dark rooms and bathroom. No blankets. We read all the bad reviews before we went, so we took our own bath & beach towels, toilet paper, soap, & footies to wear while walking on the dirty carpet (the footies turned pretty dark!) We came armed with a can of Lysol & Clorox Wipes, we wiped everything down when we arrived. Dilapidated is the best word to describe the hotel. The pool was very small and uninviting, we rented an umbrella and chairs on the beach for all our days there and it’s well worth it!!! We spent most of our time on the beach, which was pristine and beautiful! The hotel also was VERY noisy from street noise…it was almost as if we didn’t have a door! It was the beginning of Bike Week during our stay and the venue was across the street…so until 2AM we would hear Harley’s revving up always in front of our door! It was so bad, we could hear them talking and their radios too!!! It was so bad, we started laughing about each one that would rev up about every 20 seconds is what we counted. We will NOT return to this hotel, we’re coming back to PCB in the fall and we’re staying someplace else, we’re willing to spend a little more money and have nicer lodgings. It’s worth spending a little more money for a nicer place.

Worth the stay!

Room was clean (minus the stove) and spacious! Nice view, beautiful breeze as room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Balcony door did not close all the way but we had no worries of anyone climbing up the balcony to kill us! Staff was warm and welcoming. Mama Karen was such a doll. Juan cleaned our room and even made a bird out of a towel. So sweet.

Fair price..staff was fine...they say the hotel is about to be upgraded and it needs it. the carpet in room is very tacky and dirty. The bottom of my feet got very dirty just walking around...may be the cleaning chemicals staying in the fiber. There is an older lady that works the front desk that is really great. I wake early and go walk...she reports an hour early off the clock to clean lobby...make coffee and get her paperwork done before her day starts.....old school...don't find that much anymore.

Checkin was at the holiday terrace next door which was not Made apparent on the website - made calls to the hotel no Answer because they do not have the phone forwarded and no one stays at the desk - security person had no clue what was going on and was hanging out at lobby - i had to check In next door at the terrace ice could Be purchased unlike Other hotels that provide ice

Do not recommend.

I would recommend stay here. We had to check in at the next door hotel, nobody at front desk answer. I was calling all week to confirm my reservations. We had roaches in the room and two we crawling on the bed. The front desk lady wasn’t any help and was lying and canceled my 2nd day without my knowledge. The manager said they didn’t have roaches and didn’t want to hear it until I pulled out my phone, then she gave me excuses that I wasn’t trying to hear at all. I didn’t pay to sleep with roaches. She didn’t accommodate me at all and they couldn’t show me a cancellation policy or anything. So I reported it to my bank with a statement and pictures of the complaint.

Room was ok for a one night stay. Typical hotel. Had a good beach view from the balcony. But door to balcony would not stay closed ,toilet wouldn't flush properly and mini fridge didnt work. Also charged a resort fee when we checked in... and a refundable damage deposit.. hope it gets refunded...

It was decently clean but dated and the room smelled kinda musty. Like it hadn’t been opened all season. Price was high considering what you get. If I had paid 120 instead of 175 this would be 4 stars.

We were visiting our daughter so the location was important. We found that having a kitchenette was wonderful since we didn’t have a car. The kitchenette was a little outdated and the bathroom didn’t have a lot of space to put toiletries. We would stay here again the next time we visit.

Location, location, location! You can walk out the back of the hotel and straight onto the beach. While the bed was good, as was the bathroom/shower, the room was desperately in need of refurbishment. However everything was just functional and when combined with the low cost we paid it was worth it for the location.
