THIS HOME RENTS FOR FULL WEEKS DURING PEAK SEASON, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

Upon entry is your main living area, with two chairs, sofa and a flat screen television. There is also a beautiful desk to use as a work station. 

To the right of the living room is a fantastic gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and exposed brick. 

Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of:
Dish soap
Hand soaps
Garbage bags
Dishwasher detergent
Paper towels
Toilet paper
Laundry Detergent

 There is seating for two at the bar and a cozy breakfast nook in the corner, that can seat two to four guests.

Off of the breakfast nook is the laundry room with a full sized, stacked front loading washer and dryer.

Across from the kitchen is a full size bath with luxurious design of  tiled walls and a chandelier. This bath has a single granite sink  and a tiled shower stall.

Moving through the main living area you will find a bedroom on each side.


On the left is the master suite with a king size bed, flat screen television, and a full bath with a single granite sink and tiled shower stall.


On the right, is the other bedroom with a king size bed.


Each of these rooms has an additional chair and plenty of storage for personal belongings. 

Continuing through the house, is an additional living area where you can enjoy the view of sunny days and breathtaking sunsets of the gulf.


In this area is a dining table to the right seats 8, and to the left, two chairs, a sleeper sofa and a love seat with a chaise lounge. This room continues into a nice space with a wooden checker board table for two, additional games to play and a twin sleigh bed. 

The third bedroom is located just beyond with a queen size bed, an additional chair and access to the main bath.

Off of this second living area is access to an amazing outdoor entertainment area.


A dining table that seats 8, a double burner gas grill, outdoor sectional and two chairs, a flat screen television, pool (heated for additional fee), pool bar with seating for 4 on the outside, and 3 bar stools in the pool,  fire pit and 4 lounge chairs. 
An "observation" tower has a lower covered deck and an open upper deck to enjoy sunning during the day and stunning sunsets in the evening. 


The pool & spa heat is not included but can be added for an additional fee. Please kindly give our office 24 hour notice if you would like to add this to your reservation.

This blissful oasis is also fenced in and has ample parking for cars, trucks and/or a boat.

The Ivey House is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.


Children are welcome at the Ivey House. 



Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.

Pool & Spa:
Heat is not included with the reservation, but can be added for $300/week.
Please contact office 24 hours before your arrival if you would like to add this to your stay.
In order to maintain a desired water level in the pool, please leave the water hose in the pool. 
The hose is maintained by an automatic timer to release water. If you have an issue with water levels at the pool/spa during your stay, please contact the office to get them resolved.

Please keep the outside television covered when not in use.
The Ivey House has a great history, all the way down to the beautiful wood floors inside the home.
We would like to advise our guests; especially children, elderly, and anyone with a walking impairment, to use caution as the natural wood can swell during certain times of the year or due to weather, causing the floor to be slightly unlevel.
