Vacasa property management is not one that I will ever use again. The property is not being managed well. I'm not sure the place had been cleaned; light bulbs were all blown in the master bdrm; master toilet continued running after every flush; cooking sheets were in terrible shape; did not provide linens and pillows for sofa sleeper. Just Not Impressed at all. They did, on the second day of our stay come and take care of issues and provide linens after many texts and phone calls. Condo itself could be a nice one with some updates. Beds so noisy the other person could not turn over without waking partner. Noticed last morning there that the fitted sheet was on the bed wrong side out, making me wonder further if the linens were clean. So disappointed.

Poor communication with property manager. They do not respond to messages on this app. Also when I called the desk about not having enough blankets, they said they would send some up with housekeeping and they never did, so we had to purchase our own bedding for our stay. Master toilet is broken, after ever flush we had to open the lid and take the chain out of the flapper or else it would run all day. Master bed is awful, it’s hard as a rock and creeks with every move. The rug in the living room was wet upon arrival and the love seat smelt like pet urine. The tiles and the doors appeared to need to be updated. Other than that, the view is outstanding, the building is nice and the pool is nice. It wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best either. It was ok, I just wish there was better communication, especially when there wasn’t enough linens for our guests and the office did not fulfill their commitments.

Nice older condo

Beautiful view. Great beach. Wish we had been informed of Panama City Beach ban on alcohol on beach in March. A couple of drinks while enjoying would be nice but we were told that we could be arrested if we tried. Condo could use a refresh but for the price it was good. We will return just not in March.

Check-in process was great.. there was several tiles that were cracked in the condo. The guest bathroom had moldy shower curtain, and nasty shower head. Every time I went out on the balcony, I couldn't stay out there because of the smell of cigarette smoke coming from other balconies. But other than that, we had a great time!

Very pretty place

Wish there would have been a decent pan to cook with. New mattresses is a must! Was told this was on 5th floor and is wasn't. Have family members that are afraid of heights. Way higher up . Very nice place. Elevators are extremely slow!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice beachfront condo

Nice condo with great view. We did run into some issues, the pans were really scratched up and we could not use them had to buy our own, no blender. The place looked clean but we did find dirty underwear in 2nd bedroom under the bed that was reported and taken care of by housekeeping. Other than that pool was great, good access to the beach and great view.
