Unit 703 has a great floor plan with gulf facing master bedroom and living room and includes 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, comfortable furnishings, and an oversized balcony for all to enjoy. The living room adjoins the balcony and includes sleeper sofa, and flat screen television. Upgrades include living area tile flooring with matching bar back-facing and kitchen backsplash, tiled shower enclosures with upgraded shower heads, and side by side washer dryer. Unit 703 provides awesome views of the beach, gulf, and pool/hot tub area. This 7th floor condo is perfectly situated, not too high and not too low, and is located in the middle of the walkway (away from the elevators) and provides unobscured north views via the guest bedroom window. Let the sunshine in!
