It was a brief one night stay while working up and down the east coast of Florida, but the property was quite nice. Very clean, new, and nice linens in the rooms. I would definitely stay here next time I am in the Melbourne area.

Hyatt place was just what we needed after a long flight from Los Angeles. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the complementary breakfast was great. Their cheese omelette was delicious, plenty of bread options available as well as a variety of teas.
