Our tv did not work even though they so called fix it. There was 3 of us and only gave towels for 2 people for 4 days. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days. The property was fine.we loved the casino part. The pool was not In service as thats why we picked that hotel.they could have told us on phone that it wasn’t in service. That really sucked.I probably will never stay there again.

Poor experience. Housekeeping did not clean the room until day 3. Had to go to the front desk for bath towels and coffee. Only a bar of soap as far as toiletries. First and last time we will stay there.

Check in was terrible and took forever. When we first arrived we were greeted with a "be back by 7:35" sign so we went for fast food so we werent just sitting around. When we got back there was a couple ahead of us and the computer system was down so it took another hour to check in. Thankfully , the attendant was pleasant and professional.

Disapointed!

When I booked the rooms for myself and my two collogues, I specifically requested 1st floor rooms as we are all disabled vets. I even called to confirm the request. When we arrived, I was put in 306 o the first floor, but my two associates were put in other areas and on the 2nd floor of buildings that had no elevators. The lady at the desk stated there were no other rooms available however when I checked into my room, I noticed that room 307 and 308 were both clean and empty. They were still not yet occupied when we departed the following morning. The staff could have easily accommodated us tremendously but instead chose to lie to us. This is NOT how would expect veterans (let alone any other guest) be treated. This will weigh heavily on future reservations as we travel to Pahrump at least twice a year.
