We waited an hour and 30 minutes to check into our room late at night while several other parties were waiting as well. There was one person working behind the desk who lacked efficiency and would spend almost 15 minutes to check in one party. I went to the employee window to asked if there was another person available to assist with the check in process. This employee that the rest of the crew are on their “lunch break and will return shortly”. I returned to the queue line with my husband and waited an additional 30 minutes before I walked back to the employee window. I told the lady that there was still one person working the desk and she was still on the same party from when I came over earlier. I did not raise my voice nor blame her for the problem and she proceeded to have security walk over and ask me to “calm down”. I was then told to go back and wait in line and that there was nothing they can do to speed up the check in process. OK. Thanks. Once we finally were helped we were asked for TWO forms for ID. My husband is active duty and is from this town and has a NV driver’s license. You can’t make a copy of a military CAC card so we were told to get a player’s card from the Casino to proceed the check in process. Your player’s card doesn’t have your picture so has is this a form of photo ID? This is clearly a scam and you do not have it on display for guest to have this card available at check in. This is the worse experience I’ve had at any hotel.

The room was great but the cleaning crew was upset cause when we ask for toilet paper and 2 exter towel cause there was only 1 towel she gave up a hard time and very bad aditude

The beds are awful, you guys really need to upgrade and get yourself all new beds for all the rooms because they are beyond awful. Uncomfortable, hard, lopsided. My whole body hurts. The sheets and tiny thin blanket on the bed too is just as bad, stains on them and does not keep you warm/covered at all.

There was no fridge or microwave, or shampoo. Towels and wash clothes were so old they hurt to use them. Smells moldy. Other guests wer disruptive enough to keep security busy. Ample parking.

Clean but very basic room (no mini fridge, no microwave). Cigarette smoke in the lobby casino area....horrible. But No Smoke smell in the room.....only during check in and going to the bar for morning coffee. Restaurant was little or no smoke smell and great food for the prices!!!

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and AC heated and cooled properly. For some unknown reason, the room was very humid but the room did not have a damp smell, which I would've noticed. Our entry door needed some work on the hinges, had to lift the door open/close and push very hard. Front desk said they'd tell maintenance. The grounds are well kept, with lots of nice landscaping.

The desk mgr. went out of her way to help me as I use a walker and room assigned me had steps --- she changed and even walked me to the room to give keys so I didn't hve to go back down to desk!!!! She's a gem

$100 hidden fee on top of price per night. Room was clean but dated, WiFi was terrible, walls are thin so you hear everything around you, water pressure and temperature were not great and not many amenities such as a mini fridge, toiletries, etc. overall not worth the price.
