My check-in experience was horrible. I tried to check in about 4:15/4:25 pm and my room was not available yet. It was not available until 4:40 pm. We were told we’ll be at the front of the line for checking into a room that we should be glad because there were about a hundred people behind us. Am I supposed to be happy to hear that?

The property is in a scenic, serene area surrounded by small lakes. Our stay was very relaxing and refreshing. There are many things to do in Pagosa Springs and the surrounding area.

My wife and I love this place. We’ve been staying here a couple of times a year from the late 1990’s. Peaceful, clean, quiet, and beautiful. I would choose the deluxe 1 bedroom over the standard 1 bedroom just for the sake of having additional space. Enjoy!
