The check in process was quick and smooth. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was close to everything. Breakfast selection was good.

I booked months ago and asked for a room with a view. I got a view of the parking lot not of Lake Powell. The awnings were ripped by the sitting area the pool when there was rain. We payed $198 for the room. When we mentioned we saw a lower price of $109. They said they couldn't change it. That was very disappointing.

I rented a room at this hotel because it said it was lake view. You can not see the lake from this hotel that is a lie. Also the bed is terrible, it is way to soft and you sink into it and it makes my back hurt. Not at all comfortable.
