Wonderful place to stay!!

This was a wonderful place for the price point I received. I also received a complimentary upgrade to a balcony suite! The bed was comfortable, the basic wifi was still fast, and the coffee machine in the lobby is an absolute delight!!! The only negative on check in was basic housekeeping turnover issues: all the dishes were still in the dishwasher to be unloaded before use. And there were wet towels in the washer (I assumed they had been washed). There was no handsoap available. And they were out of laundry detergent. There was a mixup with adding on a night and miscommunication between front desk staff but was quickly fixed by the manager on site.

Space and comfort

Great 3 bedroom layout. Room for a family of 5 with 2 grown up children. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the layout was wonderful. The complimentary coffee and tea, decaf included, was a nice bonus. The only criticism is cleanliness was not up to par. Although on the surface things looked put together, there was hidden items and trash. I could definitely tell that couches had not been moved to vacuum, as there was baby socks and plastic trash underneath the sofa. I also pulled a used butter knife from sticking out under the refrigerator. I think if the details become priority, it would make for higher overall ratings. I would visit again to see if customer service is truly important.

Age requirement

I got a call 2 hours before check in saying they don’t allow 18 year olds to book the room. We had a guest staying with us that is 23 years old. After some discussion they changed the name on the reservation and all was good. Receptionist was very friendly and understanding.
