Spent 3 nights and had a great time. Loved the hot tubs and the close proximity to shopping and eating. Very convenient as it is in the middle of town. Would stay again.

Very expensive for a small motel room “suite”? Barely room to walk around the bed. Breakfast “take away bag” was awful. Need to step up their game with some local breakfast tacos or pastries. Views next to river were nice, fire pit and hot tub also nice. No one in the office to check in or out. Had to call and wait help to check in.

Great location easy walk to most places, john the owner meet us when we checked in, gave us some good pointers about the area, and again when we checked out. Everything was clean inside and out. When we go back we will definitely try to stay again!!

Ouray Family Trip 2025

Calm and peaceful sounds of the river. The owners were very kind and courteous. Loved the hot tubs and the fire pit area. Would stay here again!

A friend and I stayed here for a night in June, and loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the best part was that we opened windows on both sides of the room for an amazing cross-breeze at night and could hear the river while sleeping. Would absolutely stay here again next time we roll through Ouray!
