This beautiful cozy condo is situated right above the pool so you can watch your kids play right from your deck! Only a few steps right down to the pool, and right across the parking lot to the lakefront beach! This condo offers two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, a pull out couch, and two bathrooms. One of which in in the master. 10x30 boat slip also available for rent. Great place to spend your relaxing vacation! Its a great value

Condo was dirty. Carpets need replaced. Spider webs in corners of walls and ceiling. Walls dirty and marked up. Curtain rod bent and hanging down. Bathroom towels smelled bad. Not a single fork in the kitchen. Outside deck dirty with spider webs everywhere.Ac works great and there was hot water..

Stay was good! There is always good and bad about being so close to the pool. Then only real complaint we had were the beds. They were a little hard for us. Everything else was fantastic!!

This condo really needs some TLC and updating. It also needs an overall deep clean, new flooring and fresh paint. The refrigerator was leaking water when we arrived. The microwave turntable doesn’t work. All of the appliances and fixtures need replaced (except for washer and dryer set). The bedroom TVs were not working. Many light bulbs were out. My main issue is with the filthy carpet. We arrived late in the evening and before heading to bed we noticed our feet were black from the dirty carpet and floors.

Updates needed

The bed pillows were yellow, several towels were old and dinghy. The blinds in the front bedroom were very dusty. The table set chairs were not comfortable although there were pillows on them. The stove top eyes were sketchy but worked. The bathrooms and single bedroom could use a paint job. Also the window in the master bedroom was cracked, which could be a safety hazard for small children.

Worst property ever

Where do I start. Mouse turds in the kitchen by the microwave and on the cutting board Wi-Fi login not available. One hand towel for the whole condo stained and stinky. All towels had terrible odor carpets were stained and dirty. Other people‘s hair in the bathrooms. Shower is not clean no soap in one bathroom one clothes hanger in the whole condo had to go buy our own hand towels and air freshener because the place stunk terrible terrible property would not recommend.

Switched Booking

Originally booked for condo B13 and was switched to B11 by the property manager. B11 was nowhere as nice/clean/updated as condo B13 but was the same price. WiFi never worked even after property manager said he was getting it fixed. Outdoor grill is full of nests. Patio doors didn’t lock. Should have read the reviews as many were honest about overall cleanliness and state of the B11 condo.

Fun weekend at the lake!

This condo is close to the bar/restaurants and the strip. My only suggestions to the property owner getting new bathroom towels. The ones that were provided were old and had a musty smell. The fan in the bedroom did not work, so that was a little rough for me 😂. The condo was pretty clean and comfortable.

The Ledges

The property was clean and on the ground floor so not alot of steps. It's very close to a pool and the sand beach. Very good parking. As other reviews have said, it is outdated but the price does reflect it. We were there mostly for sleeping because we were out doing things so being outdated didn't bother us at all. The Ledges complex is really nice.
