Reserves ONE unit for 5 people. Arrived and had been charged for TWO rooms. Obviously a mistake. The hotel wanted to adjust it but couldn’t. They said the adjustment had to go through. They tried to find a way to reach hotels.com but like me, had no success. Money down the drain. I would like to be compensated but they said your company is unlikely to do so. They said they would’ve because it was obviously a mistake.

Great place to stay except didn’t clean room for 3 days even when made a point of requesting at front desk and emphasizing that I wanted to make sure. Also a lot of noise until 1am in unit above and banging on doors

This resort was perfect for my daughter's wedding party. The condos are very spacious and comfortable. It was right down the street from our venue that made it very convenient. I was a bit upset that all of the garbage was stored in a room right outside of our room and we had to smell it all week. Other than that we loved Siena!!!
