Had scheduled a late check-in (9pm) for an early departure (3am). Waited at the check-in counter for 15 minutes, trying to locate someone to release us to our reserved room. The room was +80 degrees and took hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature to fall asleep, by that time we had to get back up and leave. And had to wait again to have someone check us back out.

I left a lady name at the front desk ask for them not to let her up or anyone and the staff let the lady into the hotel and gave her my room number she banged at my door at 3 in the morning and I was not compensated in anyway for that

This was my second stay here. The price was spot on through Expedia. The gal at check-in was busy checking in and answering phones. Not as friendly this time around. Change out the pillows. Clean but a bit of a funky smell at the headboard. No pool was the biggest issue as I was traveling w/my grands. I had looked at so many hotels with pools that when I finally chose this one, I didn’t realize it didn’t have one. I would not chose this hotel again unless I was solo and just needed a place to stay before an early flight.
