Experience relaxation on your next BEACH vacation at this two (2) Bedroom, two (2) Bathroom, 910 sq. ft. condo unit that is located DIRECTLY on the beach and convenient to many restaurants and shopping.
**PLEASE NOTICE- As a courtesy, we want to inform you of scheduled repairs to 3 areas located on the south side of the building. The focus will be on balcony slab edges. The contractor will mobilize on February 16, weather permitting, to start rigging equipment over the Stack #3 area.
No unit entry will be required. Work will be performed via a swing stage.
There will be periods of loud noise from cement chipping guns and grinders, as the contractor removes damaged concrete and completes the required repairs. The contractor expects this repair to be completed by Friday, February 20.
Please note that following the installation of the swing stage, there will be rigging draped down from the roof with safety lines and an electrical cable hanging on the south side of the building. We expect minimum viewing obstruction to the Gulf. Please be reminded that this type of repair is weather dependent.
Parking passes are purchased from a link sent via email and must be picked up at the front desk on site. Only 2 (two) parking passes are available for each condo ($55 each.) Not included in reservation cost.

Phoenix 1095 is located at the Phoenix 1 building in Orange Beach, Alabama. This ninth-floor unit was completely renovated in 2018 and is fully upgraded with all the extras you could want on your beach vacation. As you enter the property you immediately see the inviting coastal decor and upgrades. To your immediate left is the guest bedroom with beach themed linens, Queen bed, bunk bed, chest of drawers, and a HDTV. On your right you will find the guest bathroom with granite counter tops, new fixtures, extra storage, and a shower/tub combo.
As you continue on into the unit you will find the upgraded kitchen with all stainless appliances, granite countertops, and lots of cabinetry. To the right is the chic dining area with a round table with seating for four. Just past the dining area is the living area with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, two chairs, a HDTV, and access to the private beach front balcony, which features an outdoor dining table and a chair lounger to enjoy the breeze and waves.
Just off the living area is the master suite. Here you will find a cozy king bed, HDTV, private balcony access, and a private master bath with granite counter tops, new fixtures, and a shower/tub combo.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max. $55 each not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
