This Phoenix VII condo is one of the most beautifully decorated and relaxing condos on the gulf coast. Professionally decorated and fully furnished, there is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

This newly renovated 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.

Come relax on the 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Beach view was great, the room was clean and had everything we needed! I left 5stars because we were happy with our stay, if I had to be picky the only thing would be to have cushions on the balcony patio furniture. We definitely did have a great stay regardless of that and the rainy weather! Would stay again!

Beautiful property. Very conveniently located. Amazing view of ocean from this room. Id definitely stay again. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower curtain was terribly stained and the baseboards were dirty. The shower curtain liner was new so that helped. The rest of the condo was fine. More of a 4.5 than a 4.

I think the shower curtain should be changed. The bathroom smelt like mold and mildew and you can smell it the second you pass by the bathroom without even entering, shower curtain was also orange at the bottom and was a telling sign it needed to be washed or changed out. Other than that we had no issues.

Looked forward to staying in a Phoenix after nearly two decades of travel to Orange Beach but never again. There was food and lip marks on the supposed clean dishes and cups in the cabinets, the bed was collapsing in the middle, the mattress and the sheets smelled like body odor. The odor from the pillows was so bad we had to go and buy new pillows to use for the week. Check in for a parking pass needs some addressing. The property itself was like a carnival cruise, very loud music coming from the pool area went unaddressed including smoking and drove people away. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and falling to the floor. The bathtub was moldy and appears to have a hole in it. By far my worst experience in Orange Beach ever, and in no way restful. Beach was great, indoor pool was clean, hot tubs and common areas were generally clean.

The condo was ok. I thought it needed to have the woodwork and walls cleaned especially in the bathroom. The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom had mold and was falling down. The kitchen lacked a few items. Salt & pepper, cork screw and paper towel holder was broken. No dish soap was to be found just dish washer detergent. We enjoyed Orange beach and the state parks.

The property has obviously had a few updates, but not as nice as portrayed in listing. Cleanliness was subpar and really needs a big deep clean. Grease splatters on stove top, and general usage seen in cabinets and oven. Refrigerator needed new water filter and the ice dispenser needed cleaning. Tub and shower ceiling had scum and shower curtain and drapes the ad wholes and staining. Sofa was liking sitting on box springs and stained . Bedroom could use a blackout curtain, light shines in through blinds all night. Could have been so much better, lots of potential. Email received with contact info was not correct , was not as advertised. Will not stay here again.Disappointing.

Property was as described. The bathroom ceiling has some chipped areas above shower that need repaired but overall a great unit. As another reviewer has suggested, a black out curtain is needed in the bedroom due to the outside light that lights up the entire room at night. We loved the beach and pool. Would stay again!!!

Nice property. Beautiful condo. Tub/shower needs updating. Had a frustrating day without towels to bathe due to washing machine not draining. Called and was told would get towels that day. But didn’t. However machine was repaired that night when got back from dinner. The next morning we were brought towels.
