THE SPACE: This beautifully decorated coastal condo is waiting for you! Enjoy cooking for the family on top-of-the-line stainless appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. We provide both a coffee maker and a Keurig. There's seating for six in the dining area and four stools at the bar. The living room has a big screen tv, recliner, chair and queen size sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the master bath has double vanities, jetted tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the bath has a tub/shower combination. Enjoy time on the patio with a loveseat, two chairs along with a high-top table and two chairs for a beautiful view of the bay. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer and WiFi and cable are complimentary. There's no need to work about keys with keyless entry. Bring the family and score some points for booking this wonderful condo!

*Free WIFI and Cable. *Non-smoking unit. *No pets allowed/allergy free unit. *No parties. *Must be 25 years or older to book, proof by copy of ID required. *$55 parking fee per vehicle/per stay, purchased onsite. *A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are in the condo. Please bring extra if planning to stay longer than a couple of days. Beach towels are not provided.

THE PROPERTY: You can enjoy the POOL and LAZY RIVER with the family or play TENNIS or PICKLEBALL on the roof-top court (racquets and balls provided at the front desk). The little ones will enjoy the KIDDIE POOL. Raining? Not a problem, swim in the INDOOR HEATED POOL, soak in the HOT TUBS, work out in the FITNESS FACILITY or rejuvenate in the SAUNA. Guests are asked to provide their own swim floats for the lazy river. Spend time on the dock and fishing pier watching the boats in the bay. There is a private area with umbrellas to lay out and relax by the sandy bay beach and the kids can play in the sand and water (supervision required). There's a large grilling area with concrete tables and benches to picnic. This reservation does not include a boat slip. You may call the front desk to reserve.

THE BEACH: You are only 3.8 miles away to the beautiful white sand beaches of Orange Beach.
*Shell Beach - Located on Perdido Beach Boulevard across from The Caribe and just east of the Perdido Pass Bridge. As its name suggests, you’ll find plenty of shells in the sand. Parking is available, as well as a portable restroom.
*Alabama Point East - Located 0.3 miles east of Perdido Pass Bridge and offers more than 6,000 feet of wide beach in addition to sand dunes, boardwalks, picnic areas, restrooms, and outdoor showers.
*Cotton Bayou Beach - Located at Highway 182 and Highway 161. There are restrooms, outdoor showers on-site, and a handicap-accessible boardwalk leading to the shore.
*Romar Beach - Located 6.8 miles east of Highway 59 and is near several condos, including the Phoenix V and Seaside Beach Club. This beach spot offers parking.

THE AREA: Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theatre. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Other local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.
