’m disappointed with my recent stay. I requested a late checkout due to my disabled mother not feeling well, but the staff denied the request, stating they needed to clean the room. However, as we were leaving, I noticed staff still cleaning other rooms — which made it clear that allowing us an extra hour wouldn’t have significantly impacted their schedule. What’s one room out of many? Given the circumstances, I expected a little more empathy and flexibility. Unfortunately, I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed.

Shady people staying there cooking out in the parking lot. They were smoking dope and they trashed the area. I would not stay there again

It was slightly difficult to find because the GPS takes you to Lowe’s. However, it is located behind Lowe’s. It’s in area with lots of restaurants & shopping centers which is a plus as well. The price was excellent also. The place & room were very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly also. Breakfast is the typical hotel provided breakfast- waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. Most importantly to me, however, was it was QUIET. I never heard anyone while inside our room both nights we stayed. I will definitely rebook if visiting this area again.

I’ve enjoyed this hotel. My son and I felt very safe. The room was immaculate and cleaned daily. The staff was friendly, respectful, and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
