The staff is rude, I had a rude comment before, let it go, this time I didn’t check off pet, therefore I didn’t pay the extra 25 a night BECAUSE I didn’t have my pet but the last 5 times I did, I paid!!!! They banged on my door like the police, I opened, she said making sure no pet, do you know how someone else would have handled that, the second time…I knew I will never go back there again

Travel time to location went extremely well. Arrived 2 hrs before check-in. With only 5 cars in the parking lot, figured maybe early check-in might be allowed. No one at registration desk for 20 minutes. Rang the bell twice, no response. Called the local number in my confirmation email, no answer. So had to just wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. Was told early check-in not allowed without paying a fee. I could see this if capacity was limited and needed time to clean rooms, but with only 5 cars in the whole parking lot you would have thought they could be more accomodating. I have family in this city and often come to town. Have stayed here many times, (this had become my go to location) but now I will be looking for another regular location.

Only place that charges locals a 100 deposit right off the bat then wants to change charges on your credit card statement after the fact, then I checked out and was told I can’t come back later to check in because they cleaned the room! Ok so they weren’t going to clean the room? People are rude and think they’re above all

The hotel was old, I would definitely call this more of a motel. The beds were old with spring mattresses and there was about ten layers of paint on the doors and walls the ceiling was popcorn textured and you could see old spider webs on it, it’s the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever stayed in. The AC was loud and everytime you moved on the mattress the entire bed would shake

Dont recommend

You can tell the lobby has been updated and was clean. Room was large but we had fleas in our room. Air conditioner rattled and roared to the point of waking us up. Room smelled musty. I dont recommend staying here usless you cant find anywhere else to stay at 2 in the morning. We saw the reviews and felt mislead.

We had a very nice four night stay. It was quiet, very clean, which is something I am always on the look out for when searching for hotels. The room did have a slight smell as if someone had been smoking in it despite the no smoking rule but it was nothing my scented travel candle could not handle. The breakfast was very good and Nate, the gentleman who handles it is on top of things. His dining room is clean and in order. A place for everything and everything in its place. Love it. He does his best to put out fresh items, it may seem like it is low but what he is doing is preparing as he needs to keep the food fresh. The hotel staff was very sweet, helpful, pleasant, frienddly. A bonus were the secured doors, felt safe.
