Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. I have been unable to connect with manager Gary. I was booked for 4 days but ended up only needing 3. I requested a refund for the 4th day and received that, and my deposit of $100.00 was put back on my card. Later that day i received a charge for 161.66. I called to ask about the charge and was told it was for a spot of blood on the pillow case and on the sheet, and they had pictures to prove the damage. I have been requesting pictures as i didn't see any damage when i walked through to gather linens and all trash in the room. I have not heard from Gary who is the only one who can send the pictures of damage. The room was in need of a do over.
I did get the refund for the 4th day and was out by 8:30 am.
