Kitchen is nicely equipped with new stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker to get your day started with a good cup of Joe! Sleeping arrangements are versatile with 1 st floor bedroom with a queen bed and two second floor bedrooms consisting of a Primary Bedroom with king sized bed and additional bedroom with a queen bed both with wall mounted TV’s. Second floor washer/dryer offers convenience for keeping up with beachwear and dirty laundry. One car garage for housing a compact car and plenty of street parking to accommodate your vehicles. Weber grill on site for stay at home cooking or minutes to restaurants. Home comes with mini split units in each bedroom and living room which allows you the flexibility to control the temperature in each individual room.
