Traffic noise was terrible. Perhaps 3 hrs sleep. No hair dryer...wife had wet hair several hours...inc!uding breakfast. That was poorly set up. Not enough places to sit, long lines for food, coffee. People were bumping into each other. One guest sat outside by pool...temps on 40's. Should we be back in this area ,we won't stay here. And,not having hair dryer was reported to front desk. There was supposed to be one, there was not, desk confrimed there should be one. We expect NOT to be charged for one.

The night auditor is rude and ignorant. The hotel doesn’t have enough parking. You have to park next door. Sketchy people walking around at night in the parking lot. Went to check out tried to hand my keys to overnight front desk. She refused to take my keys and told me to put them in the plastic box as she stood there and was doing nothing. So much for Saftey and customer service

Our room was very gross… My husband and I were traveling for job he was doing. I booked the room to give us both a break from being in the car, etc… saw they had a hot tub .. the photos looked good ( of course) Butttt….The pool area was closed, the vanity sink and counter had NOT been cleaned, and other surfaces and the furniture in the room was very stained and dirty looking! The room has a funky smell, and of course to top it off, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER WHEN EITHER OF US TOOK SHOWERS! Oh yeah, and the “breakfast “ Yuck. Yuck Yuck. The smell in the “ breakfast area” smelled like vomit. Done.
