Checking in to the hotel was pleasant and easy. The property is conveniently located and has ample parking. However, as we were getting ready for bed, I lifted the pillow to discover several bedbugs of various stages of maturation, which indicates that these were not stray hitchhikers but an infestation. We packed up to move to a different hotel and notified the front desk of the problem. Despite several attempts by Hotels.com, the hotel management refused to provide a refund, apology, or any compensation. Avoid this hotel!

Let me just say this, this hotel isn’t quite Modern in Design. The decor is old but one thing for sure it is very clean! The bathroom are clean the sheets are clean the bed is comfortable. If you looking for a clean place for a night or two on a budget you can’t go wrong with this place.

A hidden gem! Nothing fancy, but a great place to stay. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. All of the staff were super friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety. The pool looked very refreshing. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location. The breakfast was very good for a chain hotel breakfast and the dining area was large and bright. The room was your basic chain hotel room with that musty smell, but clean. The pool and courtyard area were impressive. A good value.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. One standing lamp was not working and the weather strip on the door was missing but overall is was a good experience. The laundry machines were clean and worked properly.

Not worth the money! This place is deceiving. The building is old but looks well kept from the outside, the lobby is updated and looks really nice, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and professional, but then, then, there are the rooms. First off, the smell of mildew hits you when you first walked in the room, then u turn the light on and you see the rooms have not been updated, to me since the 90’s. Did not look like it had been cleaned/freshened up in a few mths. The connection door for the room looked like it had been kicked in on the top and the bottom. The only thing keepen the door in place was the lock in the middle of the door on our side. The shower looked as if it was just rinsed down after the last person or persons who had stayed. The springs in the bed where a little pokey. I guess they wanted to say Hi. The refrigerator was clean so there is a positive in this review.

Clean but honestly the rooms need updating. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying as not sound buffering at all. Overall main entrance looked great but rooms were essentially very disappointing.
