Seriously?

Female desk attendant gave me aform to fill out with my License Plate number. This was late at night during a huge thundetstorm. My car was parked all the way around back. It was a rental so i didnt have it memorized. I asked if it was totally necessaru to put LP number and she said yes, so i had to walk in the storm again all the way around back. Was this really necessary? How often is this hotel towing cars from their lot?

The employee that checked us in was quite rude and never even said hello. The gentleman checking us out however, was wonderful! He was cheerful and friendly. The young woman who checked us in should benefit from some customer service training

We enjoyed our stay. Had an amazing person check up in (Dawn) she went out of her way to assist us in all our needs. Only problem was in the morning a large bug on bathroom floor. Water bug or Roach??? This was the only problem we had.

Clean room, good location, lovely staff and bigger breakfast than I expected for “continental.” Some eggs, sausage, bagels. Recommend for sure.

Breakfast did not have simple meat option such as boiled eggs/bacon/ham - also yogurt was not in individual serving pots, but bulk poured into big bowl to scoop out (open to easy spoling, contamination, etc). Hotel smelled 'damp.' Worst was being placed by stairwell I assume because I booked through 3rd party, but stairwell door and all room doors are heavily weight and slam extraordinally loud when closing. Stairwell slammed only once or twice before I retired - but looudest next to room. Later, after ebing awake since 4am to travel, was awoken several times after 1am due to guests few doors down running between rooms frequently. Worst sleep while exhausted.

Staff did a great job Limited selection on breakfast and the same items each day was a humid time of year and difficult to get that feeling out of room with the hvac system. maybe time for an update? bathroom on small side, but good hot water and water pressure I'd stay again.

Very clean and close to everything

This hotel is very clean and it is convenient to i-83 and plenty of restaurants shopping and entertainment close by. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
