The room was awful! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and read many reviews and they were all positive. It was dirty and dusty. There was a bottle cap in the middle of our bed under the mattress pad. The toilet swayed back and forth. I have pictures and videos. The shower was disgusting.

The beds were nice. The room was nice. More help was needed in the restaurant. We waited 15 min to place an order but no server. So we left. The place is beautiful.

The staff was awesome! Our smoke detector was beeping the entire night. As soon as we went down to the front desk in the morning, the front desk lady came up with a ladder and replaced the battery immediately.

Everything was very comfortable. The staff is kind check-in process went smoothly, the room is very clean. The property is nice with a couple of great restaurants nearby. I can’t criticize a single thing and have stayed in multiple properties all around this area. For the money it is just as good as places that cost twice as much. I highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past. It’s always clean and neat. Our toilet was wobbly and I did let the desk know. The shuttle service was good as we were going to a show at Foxwoods. I don’t recommend the bar/food. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak to that. Overall it was a decent stay but I feel overpriced for what you get.

2 stars due to it was clean and staff was friendly but it’s extremely old, beds were not comfortable, the room bathroom was falling apart, water leaking on the floor, shower stall is tiny , the counter sink was almost coming off the wall and the whole hotel smells like fried food plus the shuttle bus over to the casino smelled like sweat and cigarettes. It’s a get what you paid for hotel.
