The sell was the free shuttle. The van driver got in my boyfriends face screaming at him when he questioned the next trip because he let a bunch of people cut the line. there is only one van running and that is not efficient since the shuttle time is so limited

The room was awesome, the only thing the curtains don’t shut all the way so you get the morning sun, so no chance of sleeping in ! 😂 The room was clean the staff was awesome !! Went to the restaurant/bar to grab a snack and great service … was even training a new guy !! Pool area was clean and had it all up myself 🙂 Have stayed here before, always great ! And a shuttle to Foxwoods on the weekend. But get down to the lobby early fills up quick

Used washcloth in the bathroom. No soap. Dirty coffee maker. Breakfast was horrible. Toast was burnt , i mean my God! Who cant make toast??? Charging station for cars dont work and are covered in snow. Back entrance dangerous with slippery ice. Really bad
