Big room but no door separating king bed bedroom with rest of the suite. Also no closet. No wear to hang anything and no coffee table. Staff was nice. Breakfast was poor quality for what you pay. Coffee was often out, but staff did make it when requested. Also hotels.com gave us false advertising that there was a hot tub. Very disappointed with this as that is one reason we booked there during our ski vacay.

The room was in good condition and very clean, but very bland and boring. Almost every channel on their cable selection was "unavailable to view". The doors were not sound proof and people in adjacent rooms were trying to open the doors. The mattress was comfortable but something in the bed was broken and making a lot of noise and the "free breakfast" advertised online was false. Nothing was included which is disappointing considering we paid for a suite.

Check in was slow and digital key didn't work. I had to go back down to the desk to get a physical key. There was no closet or drawers in the room, which was kind of inconvenient. Also heat could not keep up with the size of the room. I had it set on 72 overnight and woke up to 63.

Everything was fantastic! The front desk person, Jackie, was fantastic! My sister and I ABSOLUTELY loved her. So helpful and cordial. Breakfast was awesome. The waitress was so helpful. The room was spectacular! Loved the beds. Super comfortable. I have stayed in this hotel on three separate occasions and always been extremely satisfied.
