1) I swear I saw ‘hot tub’ listed as an amenity…negative; 2) the lobby was FREEZING ( and I was in from Boston- during a blizzard!) We literally had to put on our jackets to walk in from outside; 3) couldn’t order drinks at lunch because the ‘bartender wasn’t in yet; 4) attended a seminar there and the restaurant was totally unprepared for all the guests- had to go out to eat. Apparently Marriot is no longer a quality destination. Felt no better than a Motel 6.

Have visited this hotel for many years. It is looking a bit tired and needs a refurb. The restaurant really doesn't resemble a restaurant. Staff and attention were fine. Not happy with flexibility. My free cancellation period had expired and due to an unforeseen flight change I requested to switch the booking to a different Marriott but request was declined. Not helpful

The staff was very polite. The front desk person noticed we were celebrating a birthday and gave us a bonvoy card that allowed us to go grab a drink at the restaurant locatedc in the hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. Just an Amazing experience overall

When i get in to the hotel i ask for a room but the receptionist immediately telle there's no room available and he not even take a time to check first and let me know that is no room so i look in to my phone and check in my Expedia app and it was show me that there's was rooms available and iake the reservation and i went to him and i show him that it was rooms available and i show him that i reserves the room that moment and he tell me oh wow there's was room for me he wasn't nice and not polite to me and my aunts

Falicia was awesome, she went out of her way to show us the direction to get to a grocery store and recommend a great restaurant. Unfortunately housekeeping was terrible .We gave house keeping a heads up when we were leaving and coming back to the room. The room wasn’t cleaned and we waited 45 minutes for them to bring us clean towels. Our sole purpose for this trip was for a wedding, and towel gate made us very late!!
