These guys are always amazing! The only problem we had (first ever), was it was hot as hell in the room and the thermostats didn't work in that room, the fridge didnt work, and the shower head needs to be replaced. This place is awesome though, they are very accommodating and friendly!

It was good, but i always ask for an extra pillow and blanket and never recieve one. Also, we stay in smoking rooms and the last two times there was no ashtray in the room.
