Thanks to the desk manager who offered me a partial refund, but have to give this the lowest score because everything else was awful. Lobby, elevator and room smelled terrible, everything was filthy (visible stains in bedspread), the door lock was broken, unsafe feeling all around. Did not stay.

Feel so unsafe I didn’t even sleep there I just checked out we just use the pool and we leave the people there using the pool were drinking alcohol and cursing in front of the kids doing unappropriate things

The website advertises breakfast but they have done away with that. The room is beat up and the bed hard. The older man at the front desk seemed to be annoyed that we were inconveniencing him by needing to check in. Grass is weedy. Laundry is out of order. Do not recommend.

Awful terrible

No breakfast the tv stopped working the ac barely blew cold air mind you it was 95 outside!! The tub didn’t drain as you showered so you stood in water while you took a shower and it took 1 hour to drain out Maintance didn’t fix it after I told the hotel manager the issue!! The sheets had stains on them!! Just pure nasty!!

Very old outdated include a horrible scared elevator. Ppl roaming around made you believe this look like it’s the places accommodate some sheltering folks. Room it’s dirty smell and everywhere it’s tell you this places not renovated for more than years years at least . Avoid as you have other choice just a click away search.

At check in time, the room wasn’t ready. the main office air conditioning did not work. In the room, the linen and the towels were old and stained. The phone in the room did not work. One of three lamps worked. The carpeting is dirty. The ice machine did not work. The elevator did not function properly. I was afraid if we used the elevator, we would get stuck.

I had two confirmations some for the correct date which would’ve been the 20th through the 23rd and somehow this one was set for the 18th through the 20th when I arrived at the location. I was told it was too bad. I couldn’t get my money back even though the room was fully paid for and I had nowhere to stay. I drove four hours And sat in the car for 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com trying to get some sort of resolution and was unsuccessful. It is not fair

This is a motel style, with each room entrance facing the outside. The room had a smoky smell. The bathroom was outdated and had mold in the corners of the bath/shower. There was no 2nd lock on the door, except the deadbolt lock. This felt unsafe. I would not choose this motel again. The staff was good.
