Room was clean .bed /pillows were comfortable! Great location to all the tourists stuff..

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zoe. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the location was great. The staff were also very nice, and the gentleman who checked us in was especially welcoming and helpful (I just forgot his name unfortunately). The only part I didn’t like was that the 2 bottles of water inside the room had a charge. I honestly don’t mind paying for them, but most hotels usually provide complimentary water, so I think it would be better if guests were informed beforehand to avoid confusion. The plushie crab toy in the room also had a charge. Again, I didn’t mind paying for it because it was cute and I took it, but I do hope the hotel can place a visible price tag or inform guests in advance since it can feel a bit misleading otherwise. Overall, still a very nice stay.

Parking was added benefit

Room was clean, staff was ok. Our sink plug was broken but didn't spoil our stay. The hotel is ideally placed for all the bay activities. We are staying again.
