Angel is amazing - so thoughtful and considerate - anticipates all of our needs, gave great recommendations, etc, Even if you pay a little more for Argonaut compared to some other hotels near the Fisherman’s Wharf, you will not be disappointed! A great location! We enjoyed the historic feel and proximity to Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman’s Wharf! Did not feel much enthusiasm in terms of hospitality and the room was small with a strange shower. The lobby and restaurant were very nice! Would recommend if only for the location; but definitely not a luxury hotel! History buffs will enjoy the adjoining Museum and there is a nice Wine Tasting Room in the same building!
