Book Niagara Falls - Western New York hotels

Room was partially cleaned, there was fake money and chip bags under the bed that had clearly been there for a while. Table and dresser drawer in room were broken. Didn't want to seem difficult at the time, but it was not the experience we were looking for. As soon as we woke up we checked out 7 am didn't wait for check out time. Staff needs updated training on proper cleaning . There was so much dust and dirt on the headboard and bed skirt smh.... Not what I expected as a first time customer!! The plus was that our room was located near the entrance where we were able to park and the microwave was directly outside of our room.

Location was great and breakfast was good

Staff was great, breakfast was really good. The minor problems that we ran into were addressed immediately.

Room is huge , well maintained.. I like the look of apartment

Don't do it hopefully studio 6 upgrades they just started I guess they took it over from another hotel management

Breakfast was fine. Lisa at the front desk was great. She went out of her way to accommodate us when the room was not ready on time.
