Bad experience at this hotel. Yesterday around 11:00 pm I asked the staff to change the bed sheets because of the terrible smell that was coming from my bed. Even if I had clean bed sheets the awful smell persisted, and I asked for changing the room. This is unacceptable. One of the employee from the front desk was polite and nice but the other one was unfriendly. With my experience I don't recommend this hotel to others.

Niagra Trip

First room we received it wasn’t clean. Then we needed to get another room and it wasn’t cleaned the best. Plus the toilet handled was loose and we had to flush carefully or it would have broke. We needed to check out a day early due to a family emergency. The lady at the counter said they would honor a refund if hotels.com would call them. They lied to us and told hotel.com that they weren’t doing that.

The property was nice and the staff was very friendly. The property is clean and the rooms and everything is really nice. The only thing is that it said here breakfast included and when we got there that wasn’t the case but besides that everything was nice.

Very nice contemporary hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. But, thought there would be an included breakfast or coffee, for that matter. There was no maid service to the room or fresh towels, no added k-cups or disposable cups for in room coffee, after day 1. I realize it was their off season, but the restaurant had to see if they had basic menu items, they had various issues making hot water for tea and no yogurt on hand for breakfast. I really didn't understand the need to charge for parking, as there was no other place to park???
