We were there Wednesday to Friday no one checked our room, didnt really need it we straighten it ourselves. No one checked to see if we needed fresh towels? latch on bathroom door would lock you in they did give us a free breakfast which was nice said it was going to be fixed we don't think it was But we did enjoy our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Good value

The service was excellent from the time we checked in ( about an hour early ) to the time we checked out. Clean and fresh. The restaurant served good food, however still working on that. Hopefully we will be returning to Niagara Falls soon, and will definitely stay here.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the modern furniture. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
