The staff was not friendly, and we did not receive housekeeping assistance or fresh towels despite multiple requests. Under the pretense of being environmentally friendly, rooms are not cleaned unless specifically requested in advance. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a more welcoming experience upon arrival, clearly explain housekeeping policies, and ensure that guest requests are addressed in a timely manner.

The free breakfast wasn’t very good . The biggest problem we had was every morning there was no hot water to shower it did eventually return in the afternoon but very inconvenient.

Great location, right next to the falls and the park entrance. Room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. The area around the hotel felt a bit sketchy at night, but overall, for the price and location, it’s a solid place to stay.

Great location for the American side, very convenient to walk to the fall, and parking was easy, but an additional $10 a day. We had reserved a two queen room upper level, but none was available when we arrived because they weren’t cleaned. They gave us an “upgrade” to a handicap accessible room, which we did not like it all. It was basically two rooms with the inside wall removed and the TV was on one end and our bed on the other. Plus, only one chair.But at least they tried.

The staff was friendly, full hot breakfast, and you couldn’t beat the location! It’s literally located across from the Niagara Falls State Park with all parks access. We took a short walk to the border and crossed over to Canada for a day of shopping and sightseeing. Great Mother’s Day trip!!!

Property costing taken by Expedia is far more than other customer.At 228 USD it is too much costly as per amenities.Probably We would have got 4star in this rate.Our check in was done at 2pm . Proximity to Niagara falls is prime advantage.

The girl working at the desk was not very friendly. When we got off of the elevator on the 3rd floor, the wall was a mess. The lobby smelled like weed. Just not impressed.
