The hallway smelled of urine and the room smelled so badly of disinfectant that the air was not breathable. I stayed at this hotel a year ago and it must have changed management, it has gone completely down hill. I am trying to get a refund since I had to check out and go find a new hotel that night.

Bad beds (they sink in between so bad), lack of basic amenities (like trash can, soap, towels etc). Room cleaning staff/supervisor will barge in without knocking and will argue with you because they believe they can walk anywhere anytime without letting you know. Water heater broke. They shifted me twice without notice. Hotel admin and cleaning crew don’t communicate and keep pushing you to other management staff. If you don’t mind these issues. It’s a good budget place. If you want quiet, friendly, dependable staff, this is not for you.

The heat was not working in our room, it was dirty when we arrived, hair in the shower and what seemed like cookie crumbs on the floor near the carpet. We always stay here, but will consider other options next time.
