Stay anywhere but at the Buffalo Airport Hotel!

This place was a disaster. The first room they gave us had a malfunctioning climate control system. They tried to tell us that the AC was not turned on yet but the problem was that the fan wouldn't go on regardless of the settings. The second room they gave us had functioning mate control but the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was hairs and stains on the bathroom floor and the floor in the room had stains and a lot of dust around the furniture. Despite this being a non-smoking hotel, the hallways reeked of the odor of marijuana. There were several parties going all night during our stay with loud music, people screaming and laughing, and running through the halls all through the night. The hotel staff did nothing when notified and we were not able to get any rest. There was also very unkempt and annoying homeless person hanging out by the rear entrance. To our horror, we discovered he was living in a room down the hall from ours. The odor walking past the room was terrible. This was perhaps the worst stay we ever had anywhere. Stay anywhere but here.

It’s a great spot near the airport. Has a wing and pizza restaurant attached. Great outdoor common area. I would stay here again.

The area around hotel was very clean and just a mile from the airport. Courtyard was very clean and the attach restaurant was very excellent. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Next time in the area I would definitely stay at this hotel.

We stayed here because we could get a shuttle to the airport for an early morning flight and could park here for a very reasonable price for the duration of our trip. The check in/check out was as quick and easy. Shuttle to gated parking lot and to the airport were great. Room was clean, comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Would recommend!

I stay here most times as this hotel is quiet and convenient for my travel needs. Comfortable room, nothing fancy. It has a 24/7 shuttle to the airport. Long term off site parking is available for an extra $10 a day. Staff is friendly.
