The shower in my room had no fan, which made showering uncomfortable. There was also a 250 dollar room incidental fee that I was unaware of prior to making my reservation. While the hotel gave the appearance of being “luxurious” it lacked the quality of very basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc). The hotel staff were very kind but overall I won’t be staying here in the future.

My stay was really unacceptable. When I checked in, the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly — there was food on the floor, sauce on the walls, and hair in the bathroom from the previous guest. We also didn’t have a TV remote, and housekeeping was blasting music at 8 a.m. I have pictures of everything. I don’t think I should be charged full price for this stay, and I’d like a refund or partial refund for the inconvenience.

The second room we got put in had a leaking sink handle. The tub didn’t drain correctly and one of the lights was falling out of the ceiling. Also one of our towels was dirty! The hotel its self looks nice however it could definitely be cleaned better and a lot of repairs are needed. At check out the front desk attendant was very nice but when asked for help he was ignored! The staff just didn’t seem to be very helpful. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I never had any issues with my Expedia , this hotel have a bad attitude, bad customer service, they move my book day , not whiling to help us ,we spend over 3 hrs there trying to resolve the problem , Expedia help us and find another hotel for us , this hotel charges me even I was never checked in with them , they never cancelled my booking, they treat us very bad , I had the worse experience there , I would never book with them again , and plus we heard a lot of complaints about the hotel
