The breakfast was good. The only complaint that I have is the $250 security deposit rate. We paid $125 for the room and had to agree to an excessive security deposit that we didn't end up paying. Why charge twice the room rate for a security deposit.

Concert trip

The tub enamel was coming off quite a bit and there was pink mold in the corner front caulk of the tub. The carpet has stains in our room and through out the halls and pool area. Otherwise it was a great stay for a concert weekend. The check-in staff was great as well.

Great location.

They are working on updates and they are doing a good job. They just have work left to do. The down side is they there was not sound barrier between rooms and there was a WWE Smackdown going on in the room next door ALL Night long! The staff was very friendly and the location is great! Lots to do near by.

Loved everything about this property! Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Had ammenities like fridge and microwave. Shower pressure was good. Room was cleaned every day. Had enough towels. And my favorite was the balcony overlooking the pool area!! Would definitely go back!

$250 Hold…Beware

Hotel is pretty rundown. Room was alright, bathroom wasn’t the best. Really did not like the $250 hold for incidentals that could take up to 20 days to drop off. If I had known this, I never would have stayed here.

Upon entering I was told there is a $250 hold that place on my credit card along with the fee that was explained to me and Expedia the person working the desk said not their I booked the reservation through Expedia now I don’t even know if I have money to get home my keys to my room did not work. The room locks do not work. I worry about my safety during this day and it is filthy.

My son put money in a broken video game machine, when he told the front desk staff we were told they couldn’t give refunds as they had no money. I pointed to the stack of money the woman was counting and she said well it’s not for that. So my kid was out $2 but their attitude was really what matters
