Nice clean stay

This seems to be an older hotel with typical cracks and chipped places in sinks/tub. The room was very clean, the staff was so nice. We enjoyed the twig lounge after 5pm. It has typical bar food and drinks. The conversation was pleasant and the bar tender was very nice to chat with. The free breakfast had a variety to choose from along with coffee, juice and water. The set up is very nice and clean. Over all we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff.

The lobby is spacious and comfortable with nice visual appeal with the fountain. The rooms are spacious and bedding is comfortable. The rooms that overlook the pool area are an extra bonus with the balcony that offers additional space and a tropical vibe. We stayed with a group of other families and the atrium next to the pool was a great gathering space to share a meal and spend time together. Security was especially friendly and good natured with our young teens while still setting appropriate limits.

Parking is horrible- far from the doors and entrances didn't feel safe. Bathroom door was peeling at bottom so that particle board pieces falling off. Lumpy pillows. While I wanted breakfast, there was supposed to be an option for reserving without it- not- Breakfast didn't include pancakes or waffles, danish was practically frozen, yogurt seemed chalky, the line for juice was 10 deep at 8am. Didn't try other amenities. Just needed a bed.

The hotel staff was prompt and courteous. The room was bigger than we anticipated which is always nice. We were on the 2nd floor dacing the courtyard which is a nice interior view. Kids enjoyed the pool. Immediate proximity to the mall and multiple restaurants. Would recommend.
