Overall, very nice!

This is a very modern hotel that needs no updating. The facilities and the room we stayed in were very clean. The double queen suite was very spacious. We went for the sole purpose of getting away with the kids so that they could swim. The pool is small but it is literally as warm as bath water. We went to the pool on Saturday & Sunday and both times no towels were available. You have to go to the front desk and they will give you some. The intense chlorine smell was a bit off-putting but the pool served its purpose. Overall, the staff were friendly. We went down for breakfast at 10:30 but it apparently closed at 10:00am. Our fault, should have payed closer attention. The 4th floor bar/light fare food area is open Sunday - Thursday; which I find very odd. You think that they would especially be open on Friday and Saturday nights. There is no room service so we ordered a pizza from a local shop and had it delivered. Simply a FYI, the elevator is quite slow.

The bedroom is very spacious. I have a family of five and it was well-suited for our needs. There were ample choices of breakfast options at the dining area. Unfortunately, there was a very bad snow storm which made us stay indoors throughout our weekend trip, but we did enjoy the tranquility of the hotel and could have used the indoor pool had we planned for it before we departed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we plan to stay there again.
