Spacious room - elevator out of service.

Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Bathroom was small, but clean and a great shower. The only issue was that the elevator was not operating and we were on the 3rd floor. The front desk associate was friendly and as accommodating as she could be given the difficult news she had to deliver. Many great dinner options quite nearby.

Comfort Inn, in Newport Oregon is a great hotel. Beach access is right across the street, their breakfast is fantastic, and their manager works wonders.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. However the elevator was not working which required us to use stairs to get to our room on second floor. Clincher was that after carrying luggage up stairs we realized there was second floor access parking on the back if the building. Would have been nice to know that before lugging suit cases up stairs! .

A good inexpensive place to stay.

Besides some potholes right at one of the entrances (not their fault) we enjoyed our two night stay. The location is great with easy access to the beach, multiple dinning options, Highway 101 and the Newport waterfront.
