After repeatedly reporting the problem, I was told there was a system issue. Dennis specifically stated that the $44 facility charge would be refunded due to the inconvenience and unacceptable conditions.
Later, I was informed that no refund would be issued, meaning I was lied to, and I received no reimbursement or compensation of any kind despite the situation. I was still charged the facility fee even though I never received a clean, usable room.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Being moved multiple times, promised a refund, and then denied it entirely is unacceptable.
