Hotel is very clean and centrally located. Rooms are small but comfortable and well designed to maximize space. Service was excellent and the hotel provides some extra comforts that are appreciated for a long day in the city: yoga mats in-room, umbrellas, and gym/sauna. Branch member/guest lounge was nearly empty every day and didn’t have much of a vibe, but service was excellent and drinks were great. The attached Italian restaurant is good. Bryant Park area doesn't have many great restaurants close by but the subway is 1.5 blocks away so it’s easy to get around the city quickly. I would definitely stay again.

Can I give the Park Terrace six stars?

My husband and I go to the City a few times a year and have kept our eyes out for a regular place to stay. We've found it! The Park Terrace was clean, modern, quiet, comfortable, and friendly. It's conveniently located on Bryant Park and in very short walking distance to two subway stations, various bus stops, and places to get a bite. The hotel will call a cab for you if needed (and fuss at the cab driver if he doesn't arrive quickly enough). The mattress was perfect, and the hotel has a selection of pillows to choose from. We slept well. We had a room with large windows at the back of the hotel - plenty of light, very little noise. The room temperature was always right. The bathroom was modern with a large shower, plenty of hot water, and great toiletries. There's filtered water and ice at a station by the elevator. The staff was minimal - one person at the desk, one person at the door - but they were uniformly friendly and responsive. We never saw or heard housekeeping, but our room was kept spotless. Hats off to them. (Seriously - management, if you read this, tell your housekeeping staff that they are amazing.) We'll be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Park Terrance Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed, bed comfortable and shower nice and hot. Leaving the building, you are right at Bryant Park, a great jumping off spot for anything Manhattan!

Stayed here for my birthday trip. It’s conveniently located across from Bryant park. The staff was amazing when I checked in. I forgot the ladies name but she was so nice and I appreciated that. Wishing walking distance from everything. I’d recommend and would definitely stay here again.
