Friendly staff, great location, many dining options nearby and 2 close subway stations made this hotel a great choice. We paid extra for a premium room, high floor option and weren’t too impressed with our view (15th floor facing the office building next door). Definitely not worth the upcharge. The only rooms with any appreciable view are probably the Juliet balcony rooms on high floors in the front of the building.

Great stay at the Park Terrace hotel. Always good to come back to NYC area and be welcomed by the staff, especially Arlette who went the extra mile on accommodating me with a technical problem with my room.
