The beds were the worst ,extremely dirty like old grime dirt and the breakfast is bad and so crowded to many people not enough space nor staff to accommodate guests The shuttle to the beach is 15 to 20 minute drive and limited availability we hired and uber to take us . The beach club is attached to another hotel crowded ,expensive and not that great of a beach .i seldom beed to write a bad review but this hotel is overpriced and even if it was a better rate i wouldn't go back!!

Location convenient for Marina area and local shops. Traffic easy to find..taxi, Uber. Hotel shuttle for the beach and activities. Didn’t eat at the hotel, but room was clean and bright. Staff were helpful. Great for tourists. Quite busy most of the time.

I was initially very impressed by your staff at reception. Although my room wasnt ready at the specified time, 2pm, I was eventually told I had been upgraded. I dont believe this to be the truth, as on inspection, I found many rooms to be the same. The staff in the dining rooms were very polite, Levy being someone who should be praised for going above and beyond what was expected. A very polite, charming and friendly man. However, sraff aside, I thought the breakfast options were limited and the same every day. I also found out that the rooftop bar and restaurant was not available which was a disappointment to both myself and my partner. Overall, the hotel and sraff were very good, but by asking my opinion, I believe that there could still be improvements. However, it was very nice and I would not hesitate to stay there again. A very pleasant hotel
