The staff are very nice and friendly the area is in marina not far from marina walk you need to cross the bridge to be in marina the rooms are clean but not taking cear of the curtains are dirty and the carpet in the room next to the bed it was dirty same smell. The breakfast is was not so good the fruits was the best. But for the price i think is good not a 5 start hotel i will give 3 stars but next time I will not go to the same hotel.

Nice, nothing more

The hotel was nice. We had some amazing staff members who made our stay memorable. The pool is not really worth it. We went to other pools/beach clubs during our stay. The beach club that is affiliated with the hotel is a bus ride away and you have to pay and book. When we went to the tours desk the lady was so rude we didn’t bother booking. I was also quite surprised by the front desk.. we were not given any of our gold member rewards. In fact we were told that we didn’t have benefits as we had booked via an outside source and not through the hotel. So that was a bit disappointing. All in all the price and the service were well matched.

The staff , from the security / porters at the entrance to housekeeping have been amazing. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Every one of them , contributed to me really feeling at home. They will always come to you within a minute once they see you looking stranded. Professionalism par excellence is exhibited especially at rush hours during breakfast and at the reception. Since I started my yearly visit to Dubai this is the first time I have really enjoyed my hotel experience. My rating is 20/10! That is how much I have enjoyed my stay! Keep it up and be sure I will be recommending this hotel to my friends. Thank you!

Our whole experience was great. We loved the option of free shuttle service, however it did book out pretty fast. Complimentary Soluna beach access was an highlight. All staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative thing is that on multiple occasions we were told to go to concierge desk but we have never seen a single person at the concierge desk even though we checked several times a day. The entrance/lobby is pretty small and was always very busy, which makes it a not very relaxing entrance and first impression. The breakfast buffet had a ton of variety and excellent options. Coffee was good, but one or two machines seemed to be non-working about half of the time. We loved the proximity of the hotel to Dubai Marina and the fact that we could walk to most places.

The Club Room was perfect for our needs – spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Having access to the Club Lounge was a real bonus too, offering a relaxing space to unwind with complimentary refreshments throughout the day. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and ideally located for exploring the area. Staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with any queries or requests. The only downside for us was the pool area – while clean and well-maintained, it's quite small and unfortunately only gets a couple of hours of sunshine each day due to being surrounded by taller buildings. It’s not the spot for a full day of sunbathing, but nice enough for a quick dip. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return, especially for the comfort of the Club Room and the added touches that made it feel like a real treat.
