Bar service was slow, it wasnt busy and took about 30 min before the tender acknowledged us. Drinks were subpar, and took forever to bring us a check as well.

Hotel in general- with only two of three lifts working we had to wait a while for them. The smell of weed from the bar next door as we walked in reception wasn’t great. Room/ facilities- Room wasn’t fully cleaned. Tablets found on floor/ towels not replenished/ faulty bedside light. There was no decaf coffee available after 10am and no tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast- The ‘breakfast room’ aka the bar next door wasn’t properly cleaned after the night before. Food was left in boxes lying out. The only things that stopped this from being a ‘terrible’ rating were that the staff were friendly and the location was fairly good for what we needed.
