We booked a corner premium room but when we arrived they were sold out so they gave us a basic room. The next day, they gave us two complementary breakfast buffets and moved our belongings to a corner premium room on a higher floor. They made it right. Staff was great and the location was perfect.

The Hilton is perfectly located in time square and the staff were great. The room was immaculate. Big shoutout to Ignatio the concierge. He was super friendly, fantastic at his job, and knew the best places to eat/sight see. Anytime he ran into us coming or going he asked how we were doing and if we needed anything
